To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clavestra Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
